Ayurveda Session 3: Food Habits to Balance Digestion Online
Join Ayurvedic Specialist Neha Kabra for a three-part series on the basics of Ayurveda. Session three will show you how to make healthy food choices for your body type. The biggest healing mantra of Ayurveda is that if you properly digest what you eat, the body will produce optimal health. A healthy metabolism is crucial to ensure healthy gut, skin, mind, tissues and your body as a whole. What we eat and how we eat are equally important. Learn how eating the Ayurveda way can contribute to over all well being.
