• Fill out the booking form with the name, phone number and email associated with your library card. 
  • We will try to contact you if there are issues with your booking form. If you do not respond your booking will be declined.

Note: Your appointment is not confirmed until approved by Library staff. The second email you receive about this booking will contain the decision.
