Parenting Program: Understanding and Supporting Teens

Parenting Program: Understanding and Supporting Teens In-Person

What is going on in your teen's brain? Join us to learn how the human brain develops. We will discuss what we have learned about the teenage and young adult brain in the last two decades, such as:

  • Where mood changes, impulsivity and social anxiety come from
  • The struggle between teens' values and identity and what the world is asking of them

Learn to turn fear or doubt about the teenage stage of life into kindness and compassion.

Please note that this program is for adults only, and is not intended for children.

The program will be in the Program Room. Registration is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome.
