Tour of Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center Online
Join us for an online tour of Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center. Learn about advanced treatment processes and the role of recycled and purified water as a future sustainable water supply. The award-winning facility uses advanced technologies to purify secondary treated wastewater and provides clean, high-quality water through processes like microfiltration, reverse osmosis and ultraviolet light. Tour attendees will learn about:
- The Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center and advanced water purification
- Enhanced recycled water and how it fits in the county’s overall water supply
- Water supply resiliency and the future expansion of recycled water for drinkable water usage
Tours will run for one hour: a 50-minute presentation with a 10-minute question, answer and discussion segment.
